Link building Process
The link building process can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it. Building inbound links just for the sake of it is quite easy, there’s hundreds, even thousands of website that allow you to share your link. One of the most popular types of sites that people use are website directories, the reason why so many people use them is because of how easy it is to produce links on them. When you visit a website directory all you need to do is fill out a couple of fields and hit the submit button, the downside to directories are you don’t know if that particular website directory is still active and if its submissions still get reviewed by a real human.
Another type of website that is popular in the link building process is social bookmarking, again you can simply produce a link with only a couple of clicks. Social bookmarking site can help drive tons of targeted traffic to your site, you should need to post good content. I tried to blog at least once a day if not more and I would submit my post to the social bookmarking sites and maybe my followers on twitter if I thought it was good enough. A good post can attract a lot of visitors and can also help produce links to your site.
If you use those two methods already then why not comment post? What I used to do for my link building process was to find websites talking about my niche and I would leave a comment with a link back to my site. This method was good at driving small amounts of traffic to my site but didn’t have any real benefit.
Now when I link build my process only involves building links on relevant sites, if the site isn’t relevant to mine I don’t want to know about it.
